Hello, and welcome to my class! My name is Mrs. Urías-Limón, and I’ll be your 1st grade teacher for the 2020-2021 school year.
Like many of you, I grew up in Baldwin Park. I also attended Central Elementary, followed by Jones Junior High and Baldwin Park High School. I earned my bachelor's degree in Child Development with a minor in Communication Studies from California State University, Los Angeles. I then went on to earn my Multiple-Subject teaching credential and Master of Arts degree in Teaching. Shortly after, I earned my second Master of Arts degree in Special Education with my Education Specialist credential from Azusa Pacific University.
I have been teaching for a total of 16 years and have taught all grades from kindergarten to the 8th grade (except for the 4th). I love teaching, and I’m excited to start another year with you!
